Yes the condo has high-speed Internet, unlimited long distance phone and cable. There is also a business center in the clubhouse.

Does the condo have a kitchen?
The condo has a full kitchen with flatware, placemats, utensils, and appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender, you name it, we got one in the kitchen).

Do I need to bring my own linens?
You can if you would like but there is a good supply of sheets, blankets, towels, wash cloths, etc.

What are some of the activities on site?
The pool has always been my families favorite, but there are also tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, barbeque areas and pavilions, a weight room, 2 pools, playground a restaurant and bar, and jogging trails.

How much is the rent per day, per week, and per month?

Small dogs are allowed. IPG Vacation Homes will charge a pet fee.

No smoking is allowed in the condo. You can however smoke on the screen in patio, or any of the outside areas.

How do we get the keys to the condo?
IPG Vacation Homes will give you the condo keys as well as the key to enter the Legacy Dunes Security gates.

Is there a cleaning service?
IPG Vacation Home will clean the condo after you checkout. Please contact IPG Vacation Homes if you would like the condo cleaned during your stay

How many people does the condo sleep?
The condo can comfortly sleep six people. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two single size beds in the guest bedroom, and a pull out couch.

Are cribs, high chairs, and extra beds available?

What if I arrive late, how do I check-in?
IPG Vacation Homes has someone at the check-in desk 24/7.

Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, the condo has a full size washer and dryer, and an ironing board and iron.

Is this condo close to the pool?
Yes, the pool is right out the back door.

Is this condo on the first floor?
Yes.
